From a dilapidated apartment block to a fully refurbished development, Insight Projects was appointed for Design and Design Management of this three-storey unit block.
The scope included 11 kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, living spaces, and common areas, resulting in a modern, fully functioning building ready for new tenants.

Insight Projects was engaged in a design-only role for Dunnett & Johnston’s first office relocation in 25 years.
The new office features internal BBQ facilities, commercial kitchen with hosting area, 20 workstations and large video conferencing facilities.
